Meeting Minutes

December 12, 2019

• The meeting was called to order at 6:20 on Thursday, December 12, 2019 by President Ken Best. The meeting was attended by 20 people.

The meeting minutes for November 2019 were read and approved..

Corresponding Secretary’s report for December was read and approved.

The Treasurer’s report for December 2019 was also read and approved.

OLD BUSINESS

• Steve thanked everyone that helped make MANPHIL a success and did a quick review or the numbers for us.

NEW BUSINESS

• The club cast a single vote for the full slate of nominees for club officers to serve for the year 2020, as well as 2 new directors Richard Steele and John Bereuter.

• A motion was made and approved to reinstate Jeff Kalk as a member of the club.

DOOR PRIZE DRAWINGS

The Door prize for the December 2019 business meeting was $5.00 and the name pulled was Jim Kohen. He was not in attendance.

So the prize for the January 2020 business meeting drawing will be $10:00

Ken adjourned the meeting at 6:35 p.m. for our Holiday Gathering.
